Job Description

The Cross Brand and Programs marketing manager will lead the development and activation of the above brand Petcare strategies to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience. This role involves collaborating with the TA brand teams, as well as other stakeholders, leading without authority, and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • In collaboration with the therapeutic teams to build cross brand/portfolio strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the holistic customer journey and support the individual brand priorities.

Activation:

  • Lead the creation and execution of cross brand marketing campaigns.
  • Drive execution of key programs, including the shelter program and the veterinary school program.

Industry Expertise:

  • Serve as the expert on the competitive B2B2C landscape and macrotrends.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Zoetis Petcare Portfolio.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and implement data-driven KPIs to optimize cross brand campaigns and strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and other relevant departments to build robust operating plans, drive internal engagement, and foster a learning environment to drive continual improvement.
  • Drive activation to support the key therapeutic areas and cross brand strategies to support the portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience, with a strong background in above brand strategy development and activation.
  • Excellent understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and end-to-end commercialization strategy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and drive execution.
  • Experience in developing content strategies for broad portfolios of products and solutions, preferably in animal health.
  • Excellent understanding of the B2B2C landscape.

Physical Position Requirements:

  • The position requires cross-collaborative meetings at corporate headquarters, as well as travel for industry conferences and customer visits.
