The New Jersey operations of Kleinfelder has animmediate opening for an Engineer's Administrative Assistant / Project Administrator with4+ years of experience in working on large projects for our Elizabeth NJ field office.
Prior experience working with engineering and/or construction firms is preferred
The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team of civil and environmental professionals to deliver real-time solutions and support to our clients and on-site staff.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual who is responsible for managing the administrative process flows, ensuring that the procedures in the office meet Kleinfelder and client standards, and are executed in the most effective and efficient manner. Additionally, this position may require the management of other administrative processes as needed.
Specifically, this position is responsible for ensuring that tracking of all project details is occurring with consistency throughout the Program and ensuring the use of the tools designed for the Client account including:
