About the role

The Account Executive is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts. Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients. Utilizes existing strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

ells solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies

* Establishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts

* Develops effective relationships with key client contacts

* Assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments

* Assists with negotiating and securing profitable pricing and pay models

* Builds an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies

* Assists with implementing service improvements

* Produces sales forecasts and other related reports

* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is required. Previous experience in the staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable. A minimum of five (5) years of equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

* Ability to adapt to the business environment quickly

* Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service

* Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

* Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $48,542 and $88,994. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
