SCHIE delivers the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Teams, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform globally with our server and data center infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability solutions. Azure Hardware Health Service is looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager to be a part of the fast-paced and exciting business of Azure. ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on managementand technical leadershiprole whereyour focus oncoaching andcontinuous improvement in capabilitywill be fundamental to you and your team's success. You will be responsible for leading and growing a dedicated and focused team. Providingthoughtful feedback, nurturing an inclusive environment, championing engineering fundamentals,and providing mentorship to team members to growth. Design, develop and operate large scale, low latency, and high throughput cloud services. Provide overarching technical leadership and direction to a team of large mission critical cloud services focused developers to deliver global scale services to support the fleet hardware resilience. Being an active leader in Azure infrastructure eco-system, work closely with partner teams to ensure highly effective and reliable end-to-end solutions. Continuously building your technical knowledge and improving our ability to deliver quality solutions.
