KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and maintaining vendor database
Verify and process all purchase orders and expense reports
Coordinate monthly re-occurring process
Assist in preparing annual vendor 1099 Misc
Assist with the processing of purchase requisitions and employee expense reports
Prepare client invoices for services rendered
Prepare general ledger reconciliations and expense analysis
Assist other group members with research or ad-hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Strong skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to build working relationships with all levels of staff and management and to interact collaboratively with colleagues and vendors in a team environment
Strong customer services skills and a professional demeanor.
Consistently demonstrate a high level of performance and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in A/P
Experience in a commission based environment a plus
Some college preferred
