Adecco Medical and Science- Market Development Manager
About the role

As a Market Development Manager, you will serve as an advisor to customers to position Adecco as a trusted workforce specialist and drive brand awareness within the healthcare and life sciences industries. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities through your knowledge of the market geography, economic environment, top companies, and competitors, in the temporary staffing space.

What you'll be doing
  • Industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences staffing/recruiting operations
  • Execute strategies to acquire new clients within the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. Identify healthcare facilities, build prospect pipelines, and establish connections with key decision-makers.
  • Sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle in the Healthcare & Life Sciences staffing sector.
  • Regular reports on business development metrics, key performance indicators specific to Healthcare & Life Sciences staffing, and market insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Healthcare & Life Sciences clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts.
  • Healthcare industry trends and evolving market demands as they happen.
  • Tailor staffing solutions to address the unique requirements of healthcare facilities.
About you
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline
  • Minimum two years outside sales record with success in exceeding goals & KPIs.
  • Ability to provide strategic, out of the box solutions to our clients, acting as a true consultant
  • Able to set priorities, schedule day's events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
  • With working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and able to handle multiple problems simultaneously
  • Team player, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Development of business opportunities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to talk effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
